Now that its not easy i know, I need to fight for it. Doing so today will make me feel better. Today is going to be hell but i have to fight through it!!! I’m done letting this injury define my life, my progress!!

Today ill turn my injury around lets see how far its back to normal haven’t felt it in a few days now that I think about it.
So 2 months ago i got injured while hitting a few waves on vacation. Since my foot has been troubling me and now i’m training less and less. motivation seems to fade because i cant go all out. also energy levels seem to be draining really hate this!!!! GRRRRRR!!!!
Need my health and my motivation back!!!!
